On 15th October, opening ceremony for helping villages was held, in which SIJIA and Xianghu village signed a contract to cooperate.

Previously, SIJIA had explore and collaborate with Xianghu Village to construct ecological base together. Villagers were helped to increase income, infrastructure was constructed and the elderly and poor were assisted. Contract in this time meant deeper cooperation and more forms for developing villages in the future.
