On the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of SIJIA Group, on behalf of Fujian Normal University and industry creation Platforms, the Engineering Research Center of The Ministry of Education for Green Recycling of Polymer Resources, the Fujian Modified Plastic Technology Development Base, and the Fujian Eco-friendly Polymer Materials Engineering Technology Research Center, etc.，I would like to express my warm congratulations and sincere thanks to SIJIA Group.

十多年来，我们与思嘉集团相识并开展了紧密的产业合作，双方相辅相成，共同发展。十多年来，我校构建了人才培养培训、应用基础研究、产业关键技术研发、产业化技术推广、示范基地建设等“政产学研用”创新体系和公共服务平台，为相关行业提供科技与产业支撑。

For more than a decade, we have collaborated with Sijia group met and carried out close industrial cooperation, and we complemented each other and developed together. For more than ten years, our school has built a "government-industry-university-research-use" innovation system and public service platform such as talent training, applied basic research, research and development of key industrial technologies, Industrialized technology promotion,  and demonstration base construction, providing related industries with technology and Industrial support.

同时我们见证了思嘉集团在林生雄先生的带领下，凭借对新材料行业发展的精准预判与奋勇拼搏的创新精神，从福州市的晋安区走向全球的发展历程。思嘉打造了全省行业标准，在推动我省行业发展中发挥了不可替代的作用，同时，在国内已经形成了很好的优势特色。

At the same time, under the leadership of Mr. Lin Shengxiong, Sijia Group has developed from Jinan District of Fuzhou to the world by its accurate prediction of the development of the new material industry and the innovative spirit of hard work. Sijia has created the industry standard in Fujian Province, and has played an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of the industry in Fujian province. Meanwhile, it has formed a very good advantage in China.

在过去的2021年，思嘉集团当选福建省塑料行业协会第六届理事会的会长单位，福建师范大学当选秘书长单位。未来，我们将精诚合作，希望师大与思嘉以及相关的高校科研院所和企业能够更加紧密地合作，聚焦碳达峰、碳中和的国家战略目标，发展新材料行业，贡献绿色智慧，展现绿色担当，倾力引领和推动我省塑料行业及其新材料的实现高质量发展的目标。祝贺思嘉集团20周年生日快乐，再创辉煌！

In the past 2021, Sijia Group was elected as the chairman unit of the sixth council of Fujian Plastics Industry Association, and Fujian Normal University was elected as the secretary-general unit. In the future, we will cooperate sincerely, and hope that Normal University and SIJIA, as well as related university research institutes and enterprises can cooperate more closely, focus on the national strategic goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, develop the new material industry, and contribute green wisdom.
